Labour market: Employment regulations - Termination of the employment

An employment contract can be terminated:
  • based on agreement between the parties;


  • with a notice period (based on a notice filed by one of the parties, maintaining the notice period);


  • without a notice period (based on a notice filed by one of the parties without a notice period);


  • upon expiration of the term for which it was concluded;


  • on the date of completion of the work to which it referred.
